Ingredients:
- whole grain bread – 4 slices
- eggs – 2 pcs
- tomato – 1 pc
- canned tuna in its own juice – 1 can
- onion – 20 g
- lettuce leaves – 50 g
- hard cheese – 20 g
- mustard – 1/2 tsp
- sour cream –1 tbsp
- salt – a pinch
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the eggs, peel and cut into rings.
2. Also cut the tomatoes and onions into rings.
3. Fry the bread until golden brown.
4. Wash the lettuce leaves.
5. Mix sour cream and mustard.
6. Spread the sauce on the bread, put lettuce leaves on top, tuna on top, eggs, tomatoes, and onions on top.
7. Top with another piece of bread, cut in half, and serve.
