Hot milk pie: how to make a special and simple pastry
Hot milk pie is a classic recipe of American cuisine. The pastries are very tasty, tender, and flavorful. And thanks to the base – hot milk – it is moderately moist. The pie is very affordable, simple, and quick to prepare.

Ingredients:
- egg - 2 pcs.
- salt - a pinch
- sugar - 130 g
- vanilla sugar - 10 g
- milk - 120 g
- butter - 40 g
- flour - 150 g
- baking powder - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Beat eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt until fluffy and light.
2. Heat the milk and butter until hot.
3. Mix the flour and baking powder.
4. Add half the flour to the eggs. Beat until smooth.
5. Pour in the hot milk and butter. Add the other half of the flour. Beat until smooth.
6. Grease the mold with butter. Pour in the batter. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
