Despite the fact that muffins have long been a common pastry for many people, it is with honey that they are truly special. The pastries are very fluffy, moderately crumbly, tender, and simply melt in your mouth. And the unique honey flavor is impossible to resist.

Ingredients:
- butter – 80 g
- sugar – 50 g
- honey – 150 g
- egg yolks – 2 pcs
- sour cream – 125 g
- flour – 200 g
- cinnamon – 1 tsp
- baking soda – 1 tsp
Method of preparation:
1. Beat butter or margarine at room temperature with sugar and honey.
2. Add the egg yolks and sour cream to the resulting mass. Beat again.
3. Mix dry ingredients separately: flour, cinnamon, and baking soda. Add to the liquid ingredients and mix well until smooth.
4. Put the finished dough into the molds.
5. Bake the muffins in a preheated oven to 175 degrees and bake for 25-30 minutes.
