1. Beat eggs lightly with sugar

2. Melt the butter, if the honey is hard, melt it with the butter.

3. Add the melted butter, honey, baking soda, and flour to the egg mixture.

4. Mix all the ingredients.

5. Pour the dough onto the parchment and spread it thinly with a spatula; the dough will rise during baking.

6. The diameter should be slightly larger than the mold, then we will cut the edges with the mold and use them to sprinkle the cake.

7. Bake at 150 degrees for about 10-12 minutes.

8. Immediately cut the hot cake to the desired diameter and let it cool on a wire rack.

9. After baking, you can immediately assemble the cake.

  • 400 g. sour cream 30%
  • 150 g. 33% cream
  • 60 g. powdered sugar

Method of preparation of the cream:

1. Combine sour cream with cream and beat until fluffy.

2. Add powdered sugar in several stages.

3. Continue whipping. The cream should hold its shape well.

Assemble the cake:

  • filling (prunes, nuts, jam, curd, caramelized fruit)

1. Leave about 3 tbsp of cream to grease the top.

2. Put the cake in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours, or even better, overnight.

3. Then sprinkle with crumbs and decorate.
