Homemade sprats from salaki: better than store-bought sprats
Sprats are a component of many holiday appetizers, which are always the first to go off. Usually, we buy such a product in stores, but, in fact, this fish is extremely harmful. Therefore, it is worth cooking sprats at home, because it is not only delicious, but also budget-friendly and safe.

Ingredients:
- herring - 1 kg
- black tea - 3 tea bags
- 1 cup of boiling water
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. fish seasoning
- 1 cup of oil
Method of preparation:
1. Brew black tea with a glass of boiling water and let it cool completely.
2. Peel frozen herring.
3. Mix the salt with the seasoning.
4. Pour some oil on a thick-bottomed mold, put a layer of fish, spices, fish, spices and so on until the end. Fill with tea and a glass of vegetable oil.
5. Cover with lid, place on heat, bring to a boil, turn heat down to low and stew for 2 hours.
6. Then turn off and let cool without opening the lid.
