Homemade sherbet from cream, sugar and chocolate: the most delicious dessert without baking
Homemade sherbet can be prepared from just three ingredients - butter, cream and chocolate. For an original flavor, add nuts, raisins to the base.
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a very tasty sherbet with nuts and raisins, which is elementary to prepare.
Ingredients:
- cream - 20% you can also 100-500 g
- sugar - 500 g
- butter - 200 g
- chocolate - 100 g
- nuts, raisins (you can also apricots or prunes) - 50-80 g each
Method of preparation:
1. In a saucepan combine cream, sugar and butter and stir to dissolve all the mass.
2. When mixture begins to boil, reduce heat to medium-low and cook, stirring, for 40 minutes until caramelized.
3. Remove from the stove, add the chocolate and beat with a mixer for 3-4 minutes.
4. Add the nuts and raisins and mix. Place in a mold and send to the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Cut it up and it's ready to eat!
