Homemade shawarma without mayonnaise: how to replace harmful sauce
Shawarma is a tasty, hearty, but fatty dish based on pita bread, chicken, vegetables, mayonnaise, and ketchup. Nutritionists do not recommend eating this dish to those who want to lose weight, because it is very high in calories, if not vegetable, and not in rice paper. But it's worth noting that you can prepare this dish differently, without harmful sauces, replacing them with tasty alternatives.
Cook Anna shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious homemade shawarma without mayonnaise, with a delicious sour cream and herbs sauce.
