Ingredients
- Milk - 150 ml
- Water - 100 ml
- Flour - 400 gr
- Dry yeast - 7 gr (or wet yeast - 21 gr)
- Sugar - 3 tsp.
- Salt - ½ tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
- Sausages - 12-15 pcs
Method of preparation
1. To the barely warm milk add sugar and yeast. Sift 4-5 tbsp. flour from the total mass and leave in a warm place for 15-20 minutes.
2. Pour in the oil, add salt and sift in the rest of the flour. Knead the dough into a soft and workable dough.
3. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours.
4. Turn dough around, divide into ~15pcs pieces and leave under a towel.
5. Roll each piece of dough into a sausage and wrap around the sausages.
6. Place on a parchment-lined baking tray and leave to rise for 15min under a towel.
7. Grease with egg yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds and send to bake in an oven heated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
