- chicken - 600 g
- broth - 200 ml
- gelatin - 30 g
- garlic - 3 cloves
- beetroot juice - 20 ml
- seasoning: paprika, black pepper and salt - 2/3 tsp

- carrot - 1 pc
- garlic - 2 cloves
- salt - 1 tbsp
Method of preparation:
1. Bring the first broth to a boil and drain.
2. Put the meat back on the stove, add carrots, onions, and garlic.
3. After the chicken is cooked, beat it in a blender.
4. Add spices, beet juice, broth and gelatin.
5. Put in a bottle and leave in the refrigerator for a day.
