- mango
- red onion
- lemon zest
- lemon juice

- soy sauce
- cream cheese

Method of preparation
1. Cut the red fish into small pieces and put them in a deep bowl.
2. Add soy sauce, mix thoroughly and set aside.
3. Remove mango pit, cut it into small cubes, and add it to the red fish.
4. Chop the onion into very small cubes and add to the total mass.
