Ingredients:

  • rounded pita bread – 1 pc
  • hard cheese – 200 g
  • eggs – 1 pc
  • milk/cream/sour cream – 2 tbsp
  • cherry tomatoes – 5 pcs
  • mozzarella or other cheese – to taste
  • tomato sauce – 2 tbsp
  • parmesan
  • basil
  • cut round pita bread – 3 circles in diameter of the pan

Cooking method:

1. Grate the cheese and halve the tomatoes.

2. Mix the eggs with the cream separately.

3. Put the first pita on a dry frying pan, pour the egg and cream on it, and immediately cover with the second pita.

4. Sprinkle the pita bread with cheese, do not spare the cheese and cover with the third pita bread. Spread it with tomato paste.

5. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top, add mozzarella and tomatoes.
