Homemade pizza on a thin dough: how to cook a delicious dish
Almost everyone loves pizza because it is a simple but delicious dish that can be made from ready-made dough, as well as from pita bread and vegetables. You can use any products you like for the toppings.
Cook Oksana shared a recipe for a delicious pizza on Instagram, based on yeast dough, which will always turn out well and fluffy.
Ingredients:
- Flour - 1 kg.
- Yeast - 10 grams
- Salt - 18 g
- Olive oil - 75 g
- Water - 550 g
Sauce:
- Canned tomatoes - 400 g
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Sugar - 3 tsp.
- Olive oil - 1-2 tbsp. l.
Filling for 1 pizza:
- Sauce - 70 g
- Cheese (mozzarella or mozzarella and other cheese 50/50) - 150 g
- Parmesan cheese
Optional:
- For the first - salami, blue onions, grilled olives
- For the second - tuna, cheese with mold
Method of preparation:
1. Sift the flour, add the yeast, pour in the water, olive oil and salt. Cover with a towel for 15 minutes.
2. Form into balls, cover and leave for 1 hour.
3. Sauce: mix all the ingredients.
4. Chop everything for the toppings.
5. Roll out a layer of the dough, spread the sauce on top, put sausage, onions, olives and sprinkle with cheese.
6. Bake the pizza for 10-16 minutes at 200 C.
