Homemade pita bread chips for those who care about their figure
If you're going to watch a movie or your favorite TV series in the evening, you'll most likely have to stop by the supermarket on your way home and buy snacks or appetizers to your liking. They will make the movie much more interesting. As you know, store-bought snacks are not the healthiest food, so you should think about a good alternative.
For example, blogger Polina Romanenko shared her favorite snacks she makes at home on Instagram. Her recipe makes perfect pita chips that take just a few minutes to prepare.
Ingredients
- pita bread
- bryndza
- favorite spices
- psyllium
- salt
- hard cheese
The method of preparation
1. Cut the pita bread into triangles.
2. Sprinkle each piece with oil.
3. In a separate bowl, mix bryndza, hard cheese and psyllium.
4. Spread the mixture on the pita bread.
5. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
6. Serve with sour cream.
