Homemade pasties with meat: the recipe for the most successful dough in boiling water
Homemade chebureks are a very tasty and satisfying homemade dish based on dough and various fillings; in the classic version, they are made with meat and spices. To make the minced meat tasty, add water to it, beat it well and be sure to refrigerate it.
Cook Valentyna Saienko shared on Instagram a recipe for golden meat chebureks that will turn out to be very successful and tasty.
Ingredients:
Dough:
- Flour - 250 g
- Boiling water - 125 g
- Oil - 30 g
- Salt - 5 g
For the filling:
- Minced meat (I had pork veal) - 250 g
- Onions - 125 g
- Salt, pepper - to taste
- Cold water - 50 g
Method of preparation:
1. Dough: mix boiling water with salt and oil and pour into the flour, mix with a fork. Once the dough has cooled slightly, knead it with your hands; it should be soft and elastic. Then put it in the refrigerator under the film for 30 minutes.
2. Filling: mix the minced meat with onion, grated on a fine grater, add soy sauce, dry garlic and finely chopped herbs. Add a little salt and pepper, mix and pour in cool water.
3. Divide the dough into 6 pieces and roll out each piece into a circle on the flour. Cut out a circle with a plate and put the filling on one half, close the edges with a fork and fry until golden brown over medium heat.
