  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp
  • Mustard – 1 tsp
  • Salt – 1/2 tsp

Method of preparation:

1. Pour oil into the blender bowl.

2. Crack an egg into the oil. It is important to keep the yolk intact. As a last resort, you can separate the yolk from the protein, pour the protein into the bowl, and then use a spoon to drop the whole yolk. But it is not necessary to do this, it is important to just carefully beat the egg.

3. Add mustard, salt, sugar, and lemon juice. By the way, the taste of mustard has a great influence on the finished mayonnaise: it can be more tender or more spicy. And that's great because you can adjust the sharpness of the sauce to your taste.

4. Lower the immersion blender into the bowl to the bottom so that it completely covers the yolk. And start whipping at high speed.

5. As soon as you reach the consistency of mayonnaise, stop whipping. Otherwise, it may become liquid.
