The first recipe ⠀

Ingredients:

  • eggs - 1 pc
  • refined vegetable oil - 250 ml
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp

Method of preparation:

1. Put all the ingredients in a 0.5 liter jar.

2. Beat with an immersion blender so that the yolk is at the bottom.

3. Occasionally lifting the blender, beat for 2-3 minutes.

Add 1 tsp of mustard to make Provençale version.

For the tartare, add garlic and finely chopped pickles.

The second recipe

Ingredients:

  • egg - 1 whole
  • yolk - 1 pc
  • mustard - 1 tbsp
  • refined sunflower oil - 340-400 g
  • juice of half a lemon
  • water - 2 tbsp

The cooking technique is the same as in the first recipe.

The third recipe

Ingredients:

  • milk - 150 g
  • refined vegetable oil - 150 g
  • mustard - 1 tsp
  • lemon juice - 1-2 tbsp
  • salt

Method of preparation:

1. Beat butter and milk with a blender for 3-4 minutes.

2. Add mustard and salt in the middle of the process.

3. When the mass becomes white, similar to not very thick sour cream, pour in the lemon juice while continuing to beat. The mass thickens very quickly.
