Ingredients:

  • tofu cheese - 115 g
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • mushrooms - 250
  • herbs - 3 tbsp. 
  • oil - 1-2 tbsp.
  • mixture of peppers - 3 tbsp.
  • salt - 1 tsp.

Method of preparation:

  1. Cut the onion into cubes, wash the mushrooms and cut them as well - you can use a medium cube.
  2. Fry them in vegetable oil until tender - about 10 minutes.
  3. Put them in a bowl, add herbs, a mixture of peppers and salt, mix and add the diced tofu.

2. Cheese filling

Ingredients:

  • Suluguni cheese - 500 g
  • butter - 50 g

Method of preparation:

  1. Grate the cheese on a fine grater, add the melted, cooled butter, mix thoroughly.

3. Potato filling

Hinkali can be made with potato filling

Ingredients:

  • potatoes - 700 g
  • onions - 70 g
  • vegetable oil - 1-2 tbsp
  • Suluguni cheese - 300 g
  • ground black pepper - a pinch
  • salt - to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Boil the potatoes, make a not very liquid mash out of them.
  2. Chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil, add to the pot with the potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and mix.
  3. Grate the cheese and add to the potatoes.

Ingredients:

  • fillet - 300-400 g
  • dill, parsley, green onions, cilantro - 30 g each
  • salt - to taste
  • pepper - to taste

How to cook:

5. Fish
