Homemade ketchup without thickeners: what to make
This homemade ketchup is a great alternative to all the usual sauces. Its advantage is that it goes well with almost all dishes, and is made from just two main ingredients: tomatoes and apples. The consistency of the sauce is quite thick - you don't even need thickeners.
