Homemade healthy sausages: can be made from any meat

Ingredients:
- meat – 100 g
- milk – 100 ml
- eggs – 1 pc
- flour – 1 tbsp
- butter – 1 tsp
- onion – 1/2 pc
- spices (garlic, suneli hops)
Method of preparation:
1. Fry the onion a little beforehand.
2. In the bowl of a food processor, beat the meat, egg, milk, onion, flour, and spices until smooth.
3. Put the mass into the molds, cover, and put in a preheated oven at 175-180 C for 25-28 minutes (the time depends on the power of your oven, focus on the crust).
