Ingredients:
- pork tenderloin - 1 kg
- water - 3 liters
- onion husks - 50-100 g
- salt - 90 g

- garlic - 1 head
- allspice, bay leaf, paprika, dry garlic - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Take the pork tenderloin. Clean it up.
2. Pour water into a saucepan. Add salt. Stir to combine.
3. Put the meat in.
4. Add the washed onion scales, bay leaf, onion and garlic, and spices.
5. Put it under the lid for 2 hours.
6. After cooking, put the meat with the marinade in a dark, cold place for 1 or even better 2 days.
