Homemade ham: how to cook juicy and flavorful meat in the oven
Homemade ham is a delicious meat appetizer that can be boiled, baked and smoked. It is recommended to cook it with garlic and spices to make the meat flavorful and juicy.

Ingredients:
- pork neck - 1.5 kg
- garlic - a few cloves
- mustard in grains - 3 tbsp
- bay leaves - 3 pcs
- salt, pepper
- seasonings for meat
Method of preparation:
1. Meat thoroughly season with salt and pepper on all sides.
2. Make cuts in the meat and put in each of them garlic. Tie with a rope so that the meat had a dense texture. Sprinkle with seasonings.
3. In a saucepan, collect water and salt it. Put the meat and bay leaves. Cook for at least 2 hours.
4. Boiled meat grease with mustard and sprinkle with seasonings. Put it on a baking sheet.
5. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
