Homemade cottage cheese biscuits for a snack: how to make the dough effortlessly
Today we suggest you make the most delicious cottage cheese cookies. There are several reasons for this. Firstly, the dish is extremely easy to prepare and uses the simplest ingredients. Second, it will be the perfect complement to a cup of hot coffee or even a glass of wine.
The recipe for this wonderful dessert was shared by food blogger Eduard Nasirov. On Instagram, he provided a detailed recipe for making cottage cheese cookies.

Ingredients:
- Flour – 200 gr
- Parmesan cheese – 100 gr
- Egg – 1 pc
- Italian herbs – 1.5 tsp
- Butter – 100 g
- Salt
- Water – 1.5-2 tbsp
- Sesame seeds
Method of preparation
1. Sift the flour, and grate the Parmesan cheese on a fine grater.

2. Mix all ingredients except sesame seeds and knead the dough.
3. Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

4. Roll out a layer of dough, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and cut out cookies of the shape you like best.

5. Put the cookies on a baking sheet covered with parchment and bake at 170 degrees for 20 minutes.
