Homemade cooked sausage that even children can eat: better than store-bought
Everyone loves cooked sausage. But finding a really high-quality and safe product with a good composition in the store is quite a challenge. So why not make this dish yourself? Considering that the ingredients for it are definitely in every fridge. The dish is extremely juicy thanks to the chicken broth and has a rich color due to the beets.

Ingredients:
- chicken - 1 pc
- onion - 1 pc
- carrot - 1 pc
- dill - 3 sprigs
- broth - 150 ml
- gelatin - 25 g
- garlic - 3 cloves
- cream - 100 ml
- beet juice - 2-4 tbsp
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. First, prepare the broth. Put the whole chicken, onions, carrots, dill sprigs, peppercorns, and salt in a saucepan. Cover with water and cook for 2.5-3 hours.
2. Drain the broth and add gelatin. Stir and leave to swell.
3. Meanwhile, separate the meat from the chicken. Then mix it with spices, pour cream, and add beet juice. Beat with a blender until smooth.
4. Add the broth and gelatin to the resulting mass. Beat everything with a blender.
5. Pour the resulting mass into a plastic bottle. Put in the refrigerator for 10 hours.
