1. Liqueur without alcohol

How to make cherry liqueur at home


  • cherries - 4 kg
  • sugar - 1 kg
  • 3 jars of 3 liters
  • gauze - several meters
  • medical glove - 3 pcs.

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash the cherries, do not remove the pits, they will give the drink an amazing taste.
  2. Put the cherries in a jar to fill 1/4 of the jar, cover with sugar.
  3. Cherries and sugar again.
  4. At the very end, put the cheesecloth tightly over the jar, tie it with a rubber band, and put it in a warm place for 4-5 days.
  5. After the time has elapsed, remove the cheesecloth, put on a glove and leave it for 1 month.
  6. After a month, strain the liquor, bottle it, and open it periodically to let the air escape.
  7. Pour into glass containers and store in a cool, dark place.

After a month, you can safely drink the liqueur.

2. Quick liqueur with vodka

  • cherries - 500 g
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • water - 1 cup
  • vodka - 0.5 liters

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash and cover the cherries with sugar, add water and put on the fire.
  2. When it boils, mash the cherries to release the juice.
  3. After the cherry mixture has boiled, boil a little more to dissolve the sugar completely.
  4. Turn off the heat and leave it to cool. Then strain the cherry syrup through cheesecloth, add vodka to it, mix and pour into a bottle.
  5. You can put it in the fridge for a while.
