Homemade bagels are the best tea treat, and they can be made from shortcrust pastry or puff pastry. Various fruits and berries, as well as honey, nuts, and poppy seeds, can be used for the filling.

Ingredients:
- puff pastry
- apples (can be peeled in advance)
- egg yolk
- a little sugar and cocoa - for sprinkling
Method of preparation:
1. Defrost the puff pastry, roll it out lightly, and cut into strips.
2. Cut the apple into slices and wrap each slice with a strip of dough.
3. Place on a baking sheet, brush with egg yolk, sprinkle with sugar and cocoa, and bake for 20-30 minutes at 180°C.
