Homemade 100% sugar-free ice cream with three ingredients: the easiest recipe for safe ice cream
The most popular and sought-after summer treat is ice cream. There are many different ways to make this product, but the most delicious is classic ice cream without chocolate, berries, or jam. It's worth noting that it's better to try making ice cream at home, especially since it only takes a few hours.
Cook Liliia Tsvit shared on her YouTube channel a recipe for a delicious homemade ice cream made from just 3 ingredients, which is very easy to prepare (to watch the video, scroll to the end).
The ice cream takes only 10 minutes to make and about 3-4 hours to cool!
Ingredients:
- cream 30% – 500 g
- raw condensed milk – 300 g
- Wafers – 2 pcs
Method of preparation:
1. Whip the cream well until dense, fluffy mass.
2. Pour in the condensed milk and continue whisking.
3. Take a suitable glass dish, and cut the wafers so that they fit well.
4. Put one waffle on the bottom and top it with the ice cream base – cream, spread it well with a spatula or spoon.
5. Cover the top with the second part of the waffle, press down a little, and put in the freezer for 3-4 hours.
6. After that, cut the ice cream into pieces and serve it as a delicious, summertime, cooling treat.
