Hearty vegetable pancakes without meat: what product to make a simple dough from

Ingredients:
- cauliflower – one medium head of cabbage
- eggs – 2 pcs
- flour – 3-4 tbsp
- dill – a bunch
- spices
- oil for frying
Method of preparation:
1. Disassemble the head of cabbage into florets, and rinse.
2. Put in salted water, and boil for about five minutes.
3. Drain the water, and chop the softened florets in a blender or food processor.
4. Pour the eggs into the mixture and beat well.
5. Add flour and salt, and beat again.
6. Heat the oil in a frying pan.
7. Spread the mass with a tablespoon in not-too-large piles for better frying.
8. Cook the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
9. Serve with sour cream and garlic.
