Method of preparation:
1. Add mayonnaise to eggs.
2. Add salt and pepper to taste and beat until smooth.
3. Fry on a pancake pan on both sides until cooked.
4. For the filling, combine processed cheese and mayonnaise grated on a fine grater.
5. Use this mixture to grease each pancake.
6. Put pieces of fish on top and roll.
7. Cut into 3-4 pieces and put on a plate.
