Hearty salad with mushrooms in 10 minutes: how to cook to please everyone

Food blogger Alex Mil shared how to make a mushroom salad on Instagram. He claims that it takes no more than 10 minutes to prepare.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 200 gr
- Pickled cucumbers - 50 gr
- Canned corn - 120 g
- Hard cheese - 50 gr
- Mushrooms - 200 g
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika
- Sour cream - 60 g
- Croutons - 50-80 g
The way of preparation
1. Fry small pieces of chicken in vegetable oil. Add salt, pepper and paprika. Fry for 4-5 minutes on both sides.
2. Fry the sliced mushrooms for 10 minutes.
3. Add corn, pickled cucumbers, grated cheese, mushrooms, chicken, sour cream, or salad mayonnaise to the plate.
4. Mix well, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and serve.
