Hearty potato salad with sausage and pickles for lunch
Healthy and satisfying dishes always include salads. They are best prepared with seasonal vegetables such as beets, potatoes, carrots, and pumpkin. To add flavor to the dish, just add a delicious dressing.
Chef Tetiana Sheremet shared a recipe for a delicious and satisfying potato salad with pickled cucumber and sausage on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- potatoes - 3 pcs.
- sausages - 2 pcs.
- smoked bacon - 50 g
- red onion - 1/2 pc.
- pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs.
For the dressing:
- oil - 3 tbsp.
- apple cider vinegar - 2 tbsp.
- grain mustard - 1 tsp.
- sugar - 0.5 tsp.
- salt and pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Boil potatoes in their skin.
2. Chop bacon and sausages. Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
3. Cut the potatoes into large cubes and put them in a bowl. Add the fried sausages with bacon, red onion, pickles and finely chopped parsley.
4. For the dressing, mix oil, mustard, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper to taste and pour over the salad.
