Hearty potato pizza with cheese and sausages: cooked in the oven

Potatoes are an ideal product that can be the basis for delicious appetizers, soups, and even pizza. Potatoes can also be baked and mashed.

The chef shared a recipe for a very satisfying and tasty potato pizza with grated cheese, sausage and sauce on Instagram.

Ingredients:

• potatoes - 500 g
• salt - 5 g
• pepper - 1 g
• oil - 40 g
• tomato sauce - 300 g
• mozzarella cheese - 300 g
• chili spice (for those who like spicy food) - 1-3 g
• sausages - 200 g

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the potatoes in salted water for 15-20 minutes obly, not until they are tender. Drain and make cuts. Do not cut all the way through!

2. Crush the potatoes with a glass through parchment.

3. Put them on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil, add salt and put them in a preheated oven at 200 C. Bake until the potatoes are golden (10-15 minutes).

4. Add the sauce, grated cheese, sliced sausages and sprinkle with spices on top of each potato.

5. Bake in the oven at 200 C (5-8 minutes).
