How to cook hearty meatless cutlets
Hearty meatballs don't always have to be meaty. Ordinary mashed potatoes can be used as a base. Especially when you have some leftovers from yesterday. The dish will be very juicy and crispy. It is quite quick to prepare, and all the ingredients are common and almost always available in the fridge.

Ingredients:
- mashed potatoes – 500 g
- boiled egg – 5 pieces (grate on a fine grater)
- onion – 1 pc (finely chop and fry in vegetable oil)
- greens – to taste
- sour cream – 1 tbsp
- eggs – 1 pc
- cheese – 200-250 g
- salt, pepper – to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Combine all the above ingredients (if the filling is slightly sticky, add a little flour).
2. Form cutlets by dipping in flour.
3. Fry them on both sides over medium heat.
