Ingredients:
- chicken – 2 drumsticks
- eggs – 4 pcs.
- tomato – 1 pc.
- sour cream – 4 tbsp.
- garlic – to taste
- pepper
- favorite spices (basil, dried tomato with garlic, dried garlic, Italian herbs)
Cooking method:
1. Chop the chicken into medium-sized pieces.
2. Add the eggs to the chicken.
3. Add garlic, salt, and spices to the sour cream, pour this sauce over the chicken, and mix thoroughly until smooth.
4. Cut the tomato into rings.
5. Put the chicken in a baking dish, add the tomato, and sprinkle the cheese on top.
6. Cover with a lid or foil, bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
