1. Wash the chicken liver, peel off the film.

2. Put on a plate.

3. Cover with a bag/film and beat off.

7. Beat the eggs until smooth.

8. Season with salt and pepper, add a little milk (2 tbsp +-).

9. Stir, pour into a frying pan (you can use the one where you fried the liver).

11. Cool the liver and egg pancake.

12. Cut all ingredients into strips, season with mayonnaise, mix.
