Hearty filling pie with cabbage in a hurry: what to make for lunch or dinner

In addition to borscht and salads with cabbage, you can also prepare a bay pie. The name speaks for itself: you need to prepare the ingredients and pour the filling. This is a great option for a hearty lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:
- cabbage - 600 g
- butter - 125 g
- salt
Filling:
- sour cream - 180 g
- mayonnaise - 3 tbsp.
- eggs - 3 pcs
- leavening agent - 2 tsp.
- flour - 150 g
Method of preparation:
1. Shred cabbage. Knead it with salt.
2. Add the melted butter and stir. Place in a greased mold.
3. Filling. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, eggs and baking powder.
4. Add the flour and mix until smooth so that there are no lumps.
5. Pour the resulting mixture over the cabbage.
6. Bake at a temperature of 190 degrees for 40 minutes.
