Hearty Bavarian salad in a new way: an easy recipe
Salad is a great option for a tasty dish both for lunch and dinner. The ones that are especially healthy are made with seasonal vegetables and herbs. But if you want something more hearty, just add meat or fish.
Cook Yulia Symonchuk shared a recipe for a delicious and satisfying Bavarian salad with chicken and an unusual sour cream sauce on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 200 g
- hard cheese - 70 g
- tomatoes - 1-2 pcs
- breadcrumbs - 70 g
- herbs (dill, parsley or onion), salt, pepper - to taste
- garlic - 2-3 cloves
- mayonnaise or sour cream with mustard and soy sauce
Method of preparation:
1. Boil or bake the chicken fillet and cut it into medium slices.
2. Cut the cheese and tomatoes into equal pieces.
3. Put all the ingredients in a bowl, add mayonnaise or sour cream with mustard and soy sauce.
4. Squeeze the garlic and add to the dish.
5. Season with salt, pepper and herbs, mix and serve.
