Hearty and budget-friendly salad with chicken liver: how to cook so that the meat does not become bitter
Liver is a very nutritious product that should be in everyone's diet. But you need to cook it properly. It is delicious served in a salad with fried vegetables. To do this, you just need to boil the liver - it will become soft and will be perfectly sliced.

Ingredients:
- chicken liver - 1 kg.
- onion - 2 pcs.
- carrots - 2 pcs.
- Canned cucumbers - 5-6 pcs.
- canned peas - 1 can
- green onions
- mayonnaise - 2-3 tbsp
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the liver, rinse and cook until tender in salted water for about 10 minutes.
2. At the same time, fry onions and carrots in a frying pan.
3. Cool all the ingredients.
4. Then chop the liver, cucumbers, onions and put them in a bowl.
5. Add the roast, peas, and mayonnaise.
6. Mix well.
