Zucchini is an ideal vegetable for preparing light and tasty summer dishes that everyone loves, such as pancakes and fritters. They can also be used to make savory salads, pie fillings, pasta, caviar, and even drinks.

On Instagram, cook Yevheniia Karpiuk shared a recipe for a delicious cheese-breaded zucchini appetizer that takes only 10 minutes to prepare.

Ingredients:

  • zucchini – 2 pcs.
  • breadcrumbs – 0.5 cups
  • eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Parmesan or any other cheese – 100 g
  • dried herbs – to taste
  • dry garlic – to taste
  • olive oil

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the zucchini and cut into cubes.

2. Add the herbs, garlic, and grated cheese to the breadcrumbs and mix well.

3. Beat the eggs with salt.

4. Dip the zucchini first in the egg mixture, then in the breadcrumbs.

5. Put the zucchini on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 200 C.

Serve the dish with any sauces, it will be delicious!
