The cook shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious, light, and juicy zucchini lasagna with minced meat and cheese.

Ingredients:

  • zucchini
  • minced meat
  • onion
  • garlic
  • tomato sauce
  • cheese
  • salt/spices

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the zucchini into slices.

2. Fry the minced meat with onion, garlic, tomato sauce and spices.

3. Assemble the lasagna: layer the zucchini and minced meat in the baking dish until you run out of ingredients.

4. Be sure to sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 40 minutes at 200 degrees.
