Healthy zucchini chebureks with a delicious filling: cooked in 5 minutes
Zucchini can be cooked in different ways: stewed with vegetables, and also made into soups, pasta, sauces, adzhika, caviar. They also make very tasty pies, casseroles, chebureks, fritters and pancakes.
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for very tasty zucchini chebureks, filled with ham, with cream cheese, vegetables and herbs.
Ingredients:
- 300 g. zucchini
- 1 egg
- salt, pepper, garlic
- 30-40 g. cheese
- 2-3 tbsp. flour
For stuffing:
- cream cheese
- salad leaves
- ham
- tomatoes
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the zucchini and squeeze well, add all the ingredients and knead into a smooth dough.
2. Spread the batter on a parchment-lined baking tray, 1-2 tbsp at a time, forming thin pancakes.
3- Send to a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Can already be eaten as zucchini fritters, but it's tastier to smear with cream cheese and add lettuce, ham, tomato!
