  • millet - 250 g
  • water - 200 ml (add by adjusting the density)
  • butter (melted) - 25 g
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • salt - a pinch

1. Make the preparation in the evening: pour boiling water over millet for a few minutes (to avoid bitterness).

2. Drain, rinse thoroughly, cover with water at room temperature and leave overnight.

3. In the morning, drain the water, mix the millet and a small part of the water in a blender.

4. When the mass becomes homogeneous and all the grains are ground, add all the remaining ingredients and beat well.

5. I baked it in a non-stick frying pan without oil, like regular pancakes, periodically stirring the mass to prevent the millet from settling.
