If your child refuses to eat healthy vegetables and fish, it's not a problem, you can simply prepare these foods in a new way. For example, make a vegetable or fish soup, or cutlets.

Food blogger katyamull shared a recipe on Instagram for delicious broccoli fish cutlets that a child will definitely eat.

Ingredients:

  • broccoli - 150 g
  • salmon - 150 g
  • onion - 50 g
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • rice flour - 2 tbsp.
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Broccoli and onions in a blender.

2. Finely chop the salmon and add it.

3. Next, add egg, salt, pepper, flour, and mix well.

4. Heat a frying pan, put the cutlets, cover, and fry on both sides.

Serve the dish with a vegetable salad and porridge.
