Healthy salad with a minimum of ingredients for dinner: a recipe from Jennifer Aniston
If you want to prepare a tasty and satisfying meal for lunch and dinner, choose seasonal vegetables, cereals, and cheese. For a more substantial version, just add meat or seafood.
The cook shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious, light, and satisfying salad made with bulgur, chickpeas, vegetables, and herbs.
Ingredients:
- cucumbers
- 400 g of chickpeas (washed and dried)
- 1 cup of bulgur
- 1/2 cup of chopped feta cheese
- 1/2 cup of peeled pistachios
- 1/4 cup of red onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
Method of preparation:
1. Dice the cucumbers, and chop the herbs.
2. Finely chop the red onion and chop the pistachios.
3. Pour boiling water over the bulgur and leave until the water is completely absorbed.
4. Put all the ingredients in the bulgur, add the cheese, chickpeas and mix.
