Healthy pumpkin juice: how to make it at home

Pumpkin season is in full swing. This fruit has a lot of vitamins and nutrients, so it's a must-have in your diet. And if you don't have time for baking or porridge, you can make a simple fresh juice.

The idea of making delicious pumpkin juice was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Oksana Dorosh (oksana_dorosh_rezeptu).

Ingredients:

  • pumpkin - 500 g
  • sugar - 100 g (you can add less)
  • lemon - 1 pc.
  • water - 1 liter

Method of preparation:

1. Grate the pumpkin, squeeze the juice from the lemon.

2. Boil water with sugar, add pumpkin, stir and bring to a boil.

3. Then cool, add lemon juice and beat with a blender.

4. The result is a very tasty and healthy juice.
