Healthy protein cheesecake for breakfast according to Svitlana Fus's recipe
Healthy cottage cheese has always been a win-win for breakfast. It can be used to make many different dishes for every taste, from cheesecakes to casseroles and cheesecakes. You can also eat cottage cheese plain with seasonal berries, fruits, nuts, and healthy honey.
Nutritionist Svitlana Fus shared a recipe for a delicious protein cheesecake on her Facebook page that you can make in just 40 minutes.
Ingredients:
- oat bran - 4 tbsp.
- soft cheese - 2 tbsp.
- eggs - 1 pc.
- stevia - a pinch
Cream:
- soft cheese - 400 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- natural yogurt - 1 tbsp.
- soda - a pinch
- stevia - a pinch
Method of preparation:
1. Cake: mix all the ingredients, mix well, and put into a mold, put in the oven for 15 minutes, and bake at 180 degrees. The cake should have a cracker-like structure.
2. Cream: mix soft cottage cheese with egg, add natural yogurt, baking soda, and stevia.
3. Whisk the whites separately and add to the finished cream, mix well and pour over the cooled cake, smooth well to avoid bubbles, and put in the oven for 30-40 minutes.
The finished cheesecake can be eaten immediately, but it is better to put it in the refrigerator to set it well.
