Healthy potato chips: how to make at home

Crispy, flavorful, and spicy – these are the chips we're used to buying in the store. But if you're looking after your diet and health, it's better to avoid this product because it contains a lot of flavor enhancers and chemicals. You should make snacks at home. New potatoes and your favorite spices are perfect for this. The dish is cooked in the microwave, so you don't have to worry about the vegetable burning or sticking to the dishes.

Ingredients:

  • potatoes
  • salt, spices
  • olive oil

Method of preparation:

1. Wash and peel the potatoes well.

2. Cut into thin slices with a vegetable peeler, dry the raw potato chips with a paper towel, and mix with your favorite spices.

3. Lightly grease the plate with olive oil (you can do without it).

4. Put each chip on it separately and bake in the microwave for an average of 5 minutes at maximum power, for some it may take 3 or 8 minutes.

5. Remove, let cool, and place in a dry dish.
