Everyone's favorite Potato cake is made mostly from cookies or biscuits with condensed milk. But there's a much healthier alternative: you can use bananas or bread as the base, and honey instead of sugar. It tastes just as good.
Nutritionist and trainer Tetiana, who goes by the nickname taniikf, shared a recipe for a healthy Potato cake made from bananas and bread on her TikTok page.
Ingredients:
- breads
- bananas
- cocoa
Method of preparation:
1. Grind the breadcrumbs in a blender until crumbly.
2. Mash the crumbs together with the bananas until smooth.
3. Form balls from the resulting mass.
4. Roll each ball in cocoa. Additionally, you can roll in nut crumbs.
