If you want to cook a tasty, healthy, meaty dish, but you're tired of the usual cutlets and chops, try adding just one new ingredient to your usual dish. It will change the taste of the dish and make it more intense.

Chef Anatoliy Dobrovolsky shared a recipe for healthy and tasty cutlets based on pork and spinach on Instagram.

Tips from the chef:

  • spinach can be taken fresh or frozen

  • the butter should be at room temperature

  • Spices should be added based on your taste

Ingredients:

  • Spinach - 300 g
  • Pork not fat - 500 g
  • Garlic - 2 cloves.
  • Chicken egg - 1 pc.
  • Butter - 50 g
  • Salt and pepper - to taste
  • Frying oil - 1-2 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Defrost the spinach, and put it in a colander to drain all the excess liquid. You can also use fresh spinach.

2. Grind the pork in a meat grinder, and add the spinach, egg, salt, pepper, butter, and garlic to the minced meat. Mix everything well so that the ingredients are evenly combined.

3. Form the patties with your hands.

4. Pour oil into a frying pan and fry well on both sides until golden brown.

5. Transfer them to a paper towel to absorb excess fat.
