Healthy peach dessert without sugar and flour: sharing a simple recipe
Peaches are very tasty, juicy, and healthy fruits that are best eaten raw, so they will be most beneficial. They can also be used to make delicious pie fillings, jellies, jams, preserves, and sauces for meat and fish.
Cook Anastasiia shared on Instagram a recipe for a healthy peach and yogurt dessert that will turn out to be very tasty and, most importantly, without baking or sugar.
Ingredients:
- peaches – 2 pcs
- thick yogurt – 2-3 tbsp
- dried fruit, granule
- honey
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the peaches and remove the pit.
3. Put the halves on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 190 C.
4. Pour the yogurt over the peaches, sprinkle with dried fruit, and drizzle with honey.
