Healthy no-dough fish casserole with creamy sauce, onions and carrots

Ingredients:
- tilapia fillet - 600g (you can use any other)
- carrots - 1 pc.
- onion - 1 pc.
- spices - to taste
For the sauce:
- cheese - 50 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- sour cream - 100 g
- spices - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the fillet in half and season with salt and pepper.
2. Fry the carrots and onions until golden brown.
3. Beat eggs with grated hard cheese, sour cream and spices.
4. Put the fillets in the mold in layers, alternating with the roast, and pour the sauce over.
5. Bake until tender.
